PoliScribe was founded by an exceptional team dedicated to enabling our clients to build relationships with constituents and foster enlightened civic discourse. Will and Greg worked together at an education technology company in San Francisco, and Will and Jian studied together at Oxford. Together they founded PoliScribe and grew it to be the leading constituent communications platform.
GREG BYBEE
Greg leads PoliScribe’s business and operations teams. Greg is passionate about educating and engaging citizens in a way that improves our civic discourse. Previously he was the VP of Marketing at NovoEd, an online learning company acquired by Fidelity. He has worked on a number of political campaigns and was an Intern for Sen. Herb Kohl. He sits on several Boards of Directors and advises a number of education and workforce development organizations.
Greg holds an MBA and MA-Education from Stanford University and a BA in Applied Mathematics from Harvard.
JIAN DONG
Jian leads PoliScribe’s engineering team and designed the natural language generation engine powering PoliScribe. Previously, he was a Software Developer at Stream Financial and a Software Consultant for FIS, where he developed market credit and risk analytics software for top tier banks.
Jian holds a D.Phil, M.Phys, and B.A. in Physics from the University of Oxford with 1st Class Honours.
WILLIAM KOLKEY
Will leads PoliScribe’s product and customer success teams. Will first had the idea for PoliScribe after working at a Chief of Staff for the California State Assembly. There, he saw the incredible amount of time spent communicating with constituents without providing meaningful information or building quality relationships. Will has also served as Campaign Manager for several state legislature races. Previously, Will worked with Greg at NovoEd, where he was responsible for marketing and communications.
Will has a Ph.D. and M.A. in History from the University of Oxford and a B.A. in History from UCLA.
